Keyfield Home Buyers ("Keyfield," "we," "us") is operated by Jeremiah Gray (Rockcrest). Keyfield connects Metro Atlanta homeowners who want to sell with local cash home buyers. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

• Information you enter on our form: the property address, your answers about the property and your situation, your name, phone number, and email address if you give one.
• Whether you checked the box agreeing to calls and text messages.
• Basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the ad or link that brought you to our site.

How we use it

• To call or text you about your property and whether a cash sale could work for you.
• To confirm your phone number with a one-time code.
• To pass your information to our buying partner, a local cash home buyer, so they can contact you about making an offer.
• To measure and improve our advertising, including through Meta (Facebook and Instagram) tools such as the Meta Pixel and Conversions API.

Who we share it with

We share your information with our buying partner so they can contact you about your property. This is the partner named in the consent on our form. We also use service providers that help us run the site and our messages, such as our hosting provider, Twilio (text messages and phone verification), Google (address lookup and data storage), Cloudflare (spam protection), and Meta (advertising measurement). They may only use your information to provide their services to us.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except our buying partner named in the consent, who uses it only to contact you about your property. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.

Cookies and advertising

Our site uses cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel, to understand which ads bring people to the site. You can limit this in your browser settings or in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as needed to respond to you and for our business records, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@keyfieldhomebuyers.com. We'll pass deletion and do-not-contact requests to our buying partner as well.

Children

Our services are for adults who own property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
